Pyelos Publishing is a small, purpose-driven press dedicated to uplifting voices in pelvic health—especially those too often left out of traditional medical literature. We center the experiences of transgender women, transgender men, non-binary people, queer people, and those navigating complex medical journeys, offering practical, affirming, and accessible resources grounded in compassion and expertise.
 
Our first title, When You’re Expecting a Vagina, reflects our mission: to educate, empower, and advocate through storytelling that blends evidence-based guidance with real-life perspective. At Pyelos, we believe health care should be collaborative, informed by lived experience, and delivered with humor, love, and radical inclusivity.
